In December 10th 2015, Qualytube S.r.l. finalized the acquisition of the 100% of the Inspection & Expediting Department of Sideco S.p.A..

This is the most important market operation in our young history, which allow us to become a complete inspection body, unifying tests, expediting and inspections.
